I know the same thing, unfortunately. There is no native way to relocate the taskbar on the left or right sides in Windows 11. You can do that by only modifying the value on Regedit, and when you do this, you apply the same edit for all the screens.
I meant that you'd see the taskbar on the right (or left) side of both your screens when you changed the value in Regedit. You cannot define different locations for each screen. If you want to see the taskbar on the right side of both screens, I can prepare a guide.
