First of all, I need to know what your OS is. Secondly, I need more information to be able to help you.

  1. What is the error message?
  2. Have you had a password before changing your username? Have you entered a new password when changing the username?
  3. Can you share a photo of your error screen (you can take a photo with your phone)?
