I have 5 CBS persist winrar. Can I delete extract and delete one of them is recent? And I scared to disable windows module installer in services and task manager because windows update might cause problems but I can only disable windows update in services.

Hello Esther,
You can delete all the CBS.log files, and all the CBS.persist.log files excluding the last CBS.persist.log file. The last file includes some useful logs about the last update that help Windows Troubleshooter.
If you want, you can also delete the last one, but I don't suggest that.
